ADAM J. ELLSWORTH, PRINCIPAL

Adam J. Ellsworth is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in the acquisition, development, valuation, sales, leasing, and analysis of real estate investments across multi-family, office, retail, self-storage, and industrial property types. Throughout his career, he has sourced, underwritten, and closed over $500 million worth of income-producing properties across a variety of different markets including the Midwest, Southeast, and Texas. Prior to working on the equity/capital markets side of the business, he was a commercial real estate broker specializing in the office product type. In that capacity, he sold, leased, and advised on transactions totaling over $100 million worth of sales consideration. Mr. Ellsworth received a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College.
